To book a viewing on a property all you need to do is send a request through one of our methods of contact such as:

What time do viewings take place?

We will work with you to find a suitable time to view. Remember to be as flexible as possible with viewings as some sellers only have certain windows in which they can offer viewings and with high demand at the moment you need to ensure you get in there early!

What information do I need to provide to book a property viewing?

When you book your viewing a member of our team will speak to you to check your current position to see if you have a sale dependant on the purchase of the property you are going to view. Furthermore, we will also ask for details on how you will be purchasing the property should you want to put an offer forward. E.g. cash purchase, mortgage purchase. Due to the current demand in the market and as part of our standard service for vendors, we need to ensure that anyone viewing a property is in a proceedable position, as there is no time to spare!
